Captain Rodney has captured this blend in a salsa that combines the best of the Caribbean. Mixed in the spirit of the Arawak, with Yucatecan spices and the Golden Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper, our salsa can be used as a relish with beans, vegetables or meat and may be best when served on a fresh tortilla chip.
