Captain Rodney’s Cheese Bake
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- One 8 oz pack cream cheese
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 6 Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup of any Captain Rodney’s Glaze
Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar and onions in greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with bacon and Captain Rodney’s Pepper Glaze. Serve with crackers.
Captain Rodney’s Creamy Temptation of Jezebel Dip

- 1/2 cup of Captain Rodney’s Temptation of Jezebel Sauce
- 16 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of chopped green or red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons of minced onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Blend all ingredients and serve with chips or crackers.
Captain Rodney’s Stacked Chili Dip
Layer in an 8-inch square casserole dish, from bottom to top:
- 1- 15 oz. can of Vietti Chili with Beans (heated)
- 1 cup of grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of corn tortilla chips, crumbled
- 1/2 jar of Captain Rodney’s All-Natural Caribbean Salsa, Hot or Mild
- 3 chopped green onions OR 1/8 cup of chopped sweet onions
- 1 small can of sliced black olives
- 16 oz tub of Sour Cream
- 1/2 jar of Captain Rodney’s All-Natural Caribbean Salsa, Hot or Mild
- 1 cup of grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
Optional:
Add a layer of 1/2 cup of jalapeno peppers and/or a layer of prepared guacamole dip.
Captain Rodney’s Salsa Souffle
- Captain Rodney's Salsa - any flavor
- Grated cheese-your choice
- 1 egg per soufflé
- 1/3 cup milk per soufflé
- individual soufflé dishes
Spray soufflé dishes with nonstick spray. Cover bottom of dish with salsa. Put rounded tablespoon of grated cheese on top of salsa. (Dish should be about 3/4 full now) Beat egg and milk together and pour into dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Captain Rodney’s Pirate’s Wrap
- 1 lb deli ham - thinly sliced or shaved
- 2 packages flour tortillas
- 1 package shredded lettuce
- 1 small package shredded cheddar cheese
- Captain Rodney’s Glaze any flavor
Lay one tortilla flat and cover with 1-2 layers of ham or turkey Layer cheese over ham Drizzle Captain Rodney’s Glaze over all Layer lettuce Roll tortilla contents tightly and secure with toothpicks Slice into single servings
Captain Rodney’s Mango Glazed Ham
Buy and prepare spiral sliced ham as package directs. When done cover or baste with Captain Rodney’s Mango Glaze. Place under broiler till it bubbles or use blow torch like Captain Rodney does. Serve with Mango Madness sandwich spread.
Captain Rodney’s Lime Ginger Mustard Spread
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Captain Rodney’s Lime Ginger Glaze
Blend and use as a sandwich spread.
Captain Rodney’s Burgundy Meatball and Smokie Sauce
Mix Captain Rodney’s Burgundy Grilling Sauce and Simplify Burgundy Wine Jelly and heat in pan till blended. Put in crockpot or chafing dish and add precooked meatballs or Smokies. Keep warm flame or low setting. Also good as a sauce for chicken or as a dipping sauce for meats.
Mango Madness Sandwich Spread
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Captain Rodney’s Mango Pepper Jelly
- 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
- Captain Rodney’s Mango Fire to taste
Blend and use as a sandwich spread.
